HOW MUCH ARE ASSESSMENTS AND HOW IS THE MONEY SPENT? Assessments are $420 per quarter and pay for 24-hour security patrol, landscaping, utilities, management, accounting and legal fees. See Financial Page for specific details

HOW CAN I GET A KEY TO THE DEEP CANYON TENNIS COURTS? Unfortunately, you can’t since those tennis courts are not part of our Association. They are controlled by the sister Association, Benedict Hills Homeowners Association, which is not in any way affiliated with Benedict Hills Estates Association.
